Sentinel-A orbit change and end production for 1Hz datasets

As specified in previous version (july 2026), Sentinel S6B has been launched and will be integrated into the system by the end of 2026. At the same time, Sentinel S6A will change orbit for an interleaved ground-track with Sentinel-6B. In order to identify this change, new datasets “s6an-hr” will be created to host Sentinel-6A measurement when on its new orbit. The previous datasets “s6a-hr” will be frozen.
